I have been given the amazing opportunity to run the London marathon! Despite my love of trails this is one road race I have wanted to take part in for a long time. I can’t quite believe I have a place! As well as it being a fantastic chance to run this iconic race, it’s also a chance to raise some money for charity. So I have chosen 2 charities that are special to me: Auditory Verbal UK (AVUK) and Tourette’s Action.

AVUK is a small charity I work for, supporting families of deaf babies and children to learn to listen and communicate. https://www.avuk.org/

Tourette’s Action is also a small charity working to improve the lives of people living with Tourette’s Syndrome and were a crucial source of support for my family in a time of crisis. https://www.tourettes-action.org.uk/
