William and other scouts from the 52nd Epping Forest South Group are going to a scout jamboree in Switzerland in late July 2023.

Kander 100 is a once-in-a-lifetime Jamboree for young people from around the world and is the highlight of the Kander International Scouting Centre Centenary celebrations; a Jamboree bringing together Scouts and Guides from 100 countries for 10 days of adventure and international friendship in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

To make the cost of the trip more affordable, and so that the scouts understand the cost in attending, William and his friends have all been asked to commit to fundraise at least £350. He's helped to organise a cake sale Churchfields Junior School and has baked and volunteered at other fundraising activities with the other scouts.

On 3 June he'll be litter picking around our road with his friend Andreas.
