Story
I’m taking part in this run to support a brain tumor charity that means a lot to me. A close friend’s mum passed away after battling a brain tumor, and her strength left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
It was incredibly hard to see her go through such a difficult journey, but she fought with courage and determination right to the very end. Her resilience is a reminder of why charities like this matter so much, they provide vital support, fund research, and give hope to families facing the toughest of times.
This run is my way of honoring her fight and helping ensure others get the care, compassion, and breakthroughs they deserve. It’s a great charity, and every step taken is for those who continue to fight, and for the loved ones we remember.
