On Sunday 7th September 2025 I will be running the Great North Run for Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland.

Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland offers services for women and girls over 13 who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. RCTN offers confidential counselling, advocacy, helpline, email support, specialist information and ISVA services. All their services are free, safe and professional.

They won’t judge, they don’t criticise, they listen.
