Joe Wicks will be leading the drive to get people across the UK walking, talking and reconnecting. We would love you to get involved too, by heading to your local parkrun and walking the route with friends and family in your best fancy dress. In return, were asking you to donate what you can, if you can, to BBC Children in Need, so were able to help children and young people who will be hit hardest by the cost of living crisis and who are struggling with their mental health.
