On the 15th September I will be running the Marlow half marathon in memory of my late Gramps who passed away earlier this month. Gramps was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis four years ago and battled the illness with courage, humour and positivity. Raising awareness of this life limiting disease is crucial to ensure sufferers get the care, advice and support they need.
