Story
On April 6th, 2025, I’ll be running in the London Landmarks Half Marathon to support the Max Windle Memorial Trust. This cause honours the memory of Max Windle, a spirited young man whose life was tragically cut short at just 16 years old. Max was close to one of my very good friends, making this cause especially meaningful to me.
This remarkable charity aims to bring hope and life-saving support to young people facing mental health challenges. By partnering with both local and national organisations, the Trust focuses on improving mental health for children and young adults, specifically addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, and suicide prevention. The Trust is dedicated to promoting well-being among our youth, offering essential resources and education to help them navigate their mental health journeys and flourish.
Mental health is a universal challenge that affects us all, and now, more than ever, it is essential to support our young people on their mental health journeys. By participating in this marathon, I not only aim to celebrate Max’s memory but also to help pave the way for a future where every young person has the support and resources they need to thrive.
Every contribution, no matter how small, truly makes a difference. Your support means the world to me, and I am deeply grateful for any generosity and encouragement you can extend as we work together to raise awareness about mental health.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with me!
Many thanks
