Hi everyone my name is Ella, on April 12th 2025 I will be participating in the ‘Easter 50 ultra challenge’. This involves adventuring 31 miles around London in aid of the blue cross charity.

The Blue Cross is a registered animal welfare charity in the United Kingdom who provides specialist care, services and support for pets and people throughout their lives. Not only that, they also provide a pet bereavement service to support those who are struggling to cope with the loss of their much loved pet.

As a student veterinary nurse, I myself see the impact of what losing a pet can have and my aim is to help others in navigating a better understanding of the grief that comes along with loosing a pet.
