I will be running the iconic Saucony London 10k on Sunday 12th July on behalf of the amazing APS Support UK!!

This charity is incredibly close to my heart, as Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) affects someone very important to me.

My dad was diagnosed with APS & Lupus back in 2016 after suffering with clots on his lungs and also in 2024.

Seeing how this effects my dad on a daily basis, I decided that I would help to raise awareness of APS and to raise funds for our charity, in order to help others.
