Last year, I became a Trustee for Irise International, a small charity working to combat period inequality across the world. Menstruation affects more than 2 billion people globally, yet many still face barriers to managing it with dignity, essential resources, and social support. From providing free period products to underserved communities in Sheffield, to supporting girls in rural Uganda to attend school throughout their menstrual cycle, Irise delivers impressive impact with a very small budget.

At the end of March I'll be running the notoriously hilly Sheffield half marathon to raise vital funds to support Irise's work. Thank you in advance for your support, which will keep me going up that looong hill!
