Myself and Ben are raising money for Samuel’s promise.

Samuel’s promise was set up by my close friend Emily and her parents Sharon and Keith in memory of her brother and their son, Samuel Priestley, who sadly passed away at the age of 18 in February 2022 after being diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2018. The charity raises funds for research into low grade brain tumours and surgical advancements to make a real difference for children and young people who receive similar diagnosis’ in the future.

The strength and courage Samuel showed during his 4 year battle was admirable and it is an honour to be running the Brighton marathon in memory of him.
