Kirsty Waite (Year 2 mum) and Ella Norden (Year 1 and Year 3 mum) have signed ourselves up for a big challenge.
On 12th July (morning of the summer fair!) we’re setting off at 5am and walking a full marathon distance around the block from Pelham Primary, finishing at the Summer Fair around 1pm.
60 laps of Southey Road, Kingston Road, Palmerstone Road and Pelham Road. Starting at dawn.
After the last two weeks it’s become pretty clear we need a proper plan for keeping the school cool next year. So this challenge is kickstarting that. All money raised will go towards more permanent cooling for Pelham Primary.
Come and join us at any point! Walk a lap, walk ten, or just cheer us over the finish line at the Fair. Even a wave at 6am means a lot.
