Enham Trust is a disability charity that has been supporting disabled people to live, work and enjoy life for 100 years. Everything we do centres around supporting disabled people to live a full life, with opportunities to participate in many of the things we take for granted.

Story

Me and Sam have been given the amazing opportunity to run the London Marathon 2025 for an incredible local charity. Enham Trust supports disabled people to live, work, and enjoy life to the full, as independently as possible. There are almost 14 million disabled people living in the UK at the moment and they are twice as likely to be unemployed which can affect their quality of life. 1 in 5 of those disabled people also live in accommodation that isn't suitable for their needs. Enham helps provide supportive and accessible environments for them to live, provide personalised care that promotes their independence and also gives them access to activities and employment that promotes their education, self--fulfilment and achievement.

My mum has worked for the company for a number of years and I've also worked along side some of the residents that live there and have seen what this charity can do for people. This charity is close to our hearts and we would be over the moon to raise over the suggested amount to help support people further.
