Dreams Come True is a national charity with a mission to enrich the lives of children with a disability, serious illness or life-limiting condition by making their dreams come true.

We are the only wish-granting charity supporting children living in poverty who have great mental and physical needs.

Whether it’s a specially adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy or a tablet to help an autistic teenager develop their communication skills, each dream brings moments of magic and has a lasting impact for years to come.

We bring joy and smiles to thousands of children each year. We supported 4,000 children last year - and we're on track to reach 4,600 this year.

Currently 4.2 million UK children living in poverty. 9% of children in the UK. This rises to 1 in 2 in some areas. Children with a disability are 11% more likely to fall into poverty.

For £2,000, you can be the reason a disabled child smiles every day at school. A sensory floor unit for a SEN school can bring children joy and discovery.

For £1,500 you can help take a Dream Family on a much-needed respite holiday. These holidays help to create lasting memories for a family with a child with a serious illness.

For £700 you can support a Dream Makeover and build a specially designed space where a disabled child can feel extra special. Having a disability or illness often means that a child spends a large majority of time at home, so having their own fabulous space, adapted just for them, can be truly life-changing.
