Since 1971, thanks to the incredible generosity of many thousands of supporters, we have invested funds of more than £58 million in vital neurological research.

Together we are helping to advance knowledge and help those affected by neurological conditions live better, longer.

Since 2016 we have focused our research funding on three priority areas where we have identified a particular disparity between high levels of patient need and low levels of research funding: brain tumours, brain and spinal cord injury, and headache and facial pain.
