I am raising money for the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS trust (LGT) charity, a charity close to home after working at Lewisham and Queen Elizabeth hospitals for the past 18 months. Donations fund a range of projects at both hospitals including:

- Enhancing patient experience with new equipment. In particular I saw lots of this equipment in use last year such as breast pumps for the postnatal ward, accuveins (special light to help see veins to make blood tests and cannulas quicker and easier for children) and toys on the children's ward.

- Improving patient education and welfare

- Supporting staff to deliver the best possible care.
