We are super excited to be taking part in our first HYROX race in Cardiff, competing in the Women's Doubles. We are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, the partner charity for HYROX but also a charity with a personal significance to us as they supported Ell's Mum through her cancer diagnosis back in 2007.

This is a big challenge for us but we are really looking forward to it and training is already underway!!

Any and all donations are extremely appreciated - everything we raise is going towards a great cause.
