Story
I got talked into doing this at work - sounded like a fun idea until I realised 100ft is quite high! Here is the official story and it's all for a great cause....
We’re gearing up for our biggest adventure yet; The Peaks Trifecta Challenge, all in support of Samaritans.
As part of our ongoing commitment to our ESG goals, and our drive to make a genuine difference, a team of us are stepping up to take on something truly extraordinary.
On the 8th May, we’ll be pushing ourselves harder than ever as we take on a three-part endurance challenge across the stunning Peak District. We’ll kick off with a 2km canoe, head straight into a 22km hike, with a 100ft abseil to finish. It’s going to be an adrenaline-fuelled, physically demanding day that will test every bit of strength, resilience and teamwork we have. And we can’t do it without your support.
This year, we’re raising funds for Samaritans, a charity that plays a vital role in preventing suicide and supporting people through some of their darkest moments. Every kilometre we cover is dedicated to those fighting their own battles.
We’d love for you to get behind us. Every donation, no matter the size, will help us reach our goal and make a real difference.
Let’s take on this challenge together. Wish us luck, spread the word, and please donate today. 💚
