As you know I left my Early Years vocation to retrain as a Mental Health Social Worker and I am qualifying in July (yikes that has gone fast!).

In August I was placed with the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team, which has been incredible and such a privilege to be a part of so many recovery journeys.

In 2023 the EIP team took service users on a "Voyage to Recovery" which was a huge success, accelerating the recovery process and giving the sailors more self confidence and resilience. This was so incredible for all involved, the team are determined to do it again in 2025....which is where I come in!

I would love to be a part of this inspirational adventure recovery journey and raise as much money as I can to support such a worthy cause. Those of you who know me, know running isn't my thing. However, I am willing to brush off my trainers and get running to raise as much as I can for this incredible cause. Please support if you can and I will keep you updated on my running (or staggering) and the sailing trip.
