On 13 September, some of our AVOVE team will be taking part in the 'Edinburgh Big Stroll' to raise money for Maggie's, a charity that means so much to so many people affected by cancer. A cancer diagnosis can turn lives upside down, bringing uncertainty, fear and challenges for both those living with the disease and the people close to them. Maggie's provides a safe place where people can find expert advice, emotional support and a listening ear when they need it most. Their centres offer comfort and practical help during some of life's toughest moments. By taking on this challenge, we hope to give something back and help ensure Maggie's can continue supporting individuals and families facing cancer.
