Not many causes would get me running, let alone in public. But LMTO is one that I feel so strongly about. I have encountered LMTO on several occasions; I have done 2 of their Sitz's and have heard the orchestra at a couple of concerts, but my main reason for me doing this is because of my most recent encounter with LMTO.

I had the pleasure of having the LMTO Upbeat team come in to my school and work with 30 of my year 9s to teach them brand new instruments and create their own orchestra alongside professional musicians. I feel so passionately about students having the opportunity to learn an instrument and sing, so it was a no-brainer I'd find some running shoes in the shed and get on the treadmill.
