We are a multi-award winning, entirely voluntary, charity that supports people from the U.K paralysed by a spinal cord injury. We help individuals to access life changing physiotherapy and we support the research world in their quest to reverse paralysis. #TeamRST

Story

On Sunday 27th April, I will be running the London Marathon for the Rooprai Spinal Trust, a charity set up after my godmother, Marrianne, was in a life changing car crash leaving her paralysed from the shoulders down in 2004.

The Rooprai Spinal Trust now help individuals in the U.K, paralysed by spinal cord injury, to access life changing physiotherapy.

While I have no running experience and I know this is not going to be easy, I’m willing to try and run more miles than I have years behind me in order to raise as much money as I can for those with spinal injuries.

Thank you in advance for your support!
