This year I’m taking on an Ultra Marathon in the Cotswolds — if you know me you'll know this is by far the biggest physical challenge I’ve ever attempted. I’ve never run an ultra… and I’ve never even run a full marathon!

Over the last couple of years, two close family friends were diagnosed with brain tumours, extremely sadly Rachel lost her battle against a brain tumour. Seeing the impact that brain tumours have on individuals and the people around them has been incredibly difficult — and it’s a reminder of how important research, support and awareness really are.
