I will be completing 1 mile a day walk fundraiser for 30 days in June to help raise money to find a cure for Usher Syndrome. This is a charity which is very close to me and my family.

What is Usher syndrome?

Usher syndrome is a rare genetic disease which causes deafness/hearing loss and an eye disease known as retintis pigmentosa (RP).

This is a condition which people are born with and In the UK there is 11,000 plus who are living with the condition Usher Syndrome. However, there is currently no cure for Usher Syndrome.

Cure Usher is a charity which raises awareness to find a Cure for Usher Syndrome
