In April 2026, Sam and I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of a cause that is special to us 🌟

We’ve chosen this charity because The Royal Marsden Hospital supported my beautiful, kind, courageous friend Laura throughout her brave and brutal cancer journey. Her strength and spirit continue to inspire me every single day, I like to think this is my small way of honouring her and also helping others facing similar battles ❤️‍🩹

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity supports The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust — a world-leading cancer centre — by funding pioneering research, state-of-the-art equipment and enhanced patient environments. The charity helps to develop life-saving treatments, improve care for both NHS and private patients, and provide vital support for children and families through specialised paediatric services 🌍👩🏼‍⚕️

I wouldn’t call myself a “runner”, i’ve never entered a race before and couldn’t even run for 5 minutes without being on my knees 3 months ago 🫣 So this is a huge personal challenge as well as a meaningful one 💖
