This year we’ve experienced just how cruel life can be.

We watched one of our closest friends go through the unimaginable of losing her mum.

In April, Sonia was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer that had spread to her liver, after a few short weeks of her diagnosis, she heartbreakingly passed away.

Jess and her family shared their last moments with Sonia whilst she was under the care of Rowans Hospice who made her last memories as perfect as they could and they made it possible for her to be in the comfort of her home.

So in October we are running the Great South Run and are asking you to help support us in raising money for Rowans Hospice in memory of beautiful Sonia.
