On Friday 3rd October, I’ll be taking part in One Special Walk - a 26km walk from London Stadium to Wembley in aid of SpecialEffect!

SpecialEffect is a charity that helps people with physical disabilities experience the joy of gaming. Using eye-controlled technology and custom controllers, they enable children and adults to play alongside friends and family - bringing connection, confidence, and independence.

Their support is free, but it’s only possible through donations. Every pound helps transform lives: from a child laughing with friends online for the first time, to an adult rediscovering a lost passion.
