Hi all, on Friday 22nd September I will be abseiling down Manchester’s 9-storey, 170ft, Hyatt Regency Hotel to fundraise for Manchester Foundation Trust Charity. The money raised will support LimeArts who are a charity within the trust who focus providing creative workshops which fundamentally support our incredible NHS staff who need timeout to focus on their wellbeing.

The programme is for MFT staff who are returning to work after sick leave, and staff who are in work but who need some ‘time out’ due to high levels of stress/anxiety. The workshops are delivered by professional artists and accessible to everyone! All funds donated will aid them to continue the boohoo funded Create+ Arts Programme, more information on this particular programme can be found here.
