Last year, one of our close family members was diagnosed with Cancer, and it’s been a battle. He is stoic and brave, and hitting cancer head on…We decided, with his approval, that we as a family want to raise money for him and the fantastic Maggie’s centres around the UK.

Maggies have been there for us and countless other families around the UK, supporting the fighter, but also the ones closest to them, through the hardest times.

So… we have signed up to complete the Manchester Marathon, it’s a first time for pretty much all of us…save Mandy who’s a marathon veteran! With her guidance, some high 5 gels and a lot of pain, we’re all going to get over the line for our dad/step-dad/son/papa!

So, we’re putting our running shoes on, hitting the tarmac and saying f**k you to cancer!
