Martin House supports children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across West, North and East Yorkshire. Their vision is that every child and young person has access to palliative care when and where they need it.

For many years, the hospice has provided well needed respite and support for both my family and for Holly. The hospice has always been a warm and welcoming place to be and has allowed all of us to connect with other families with similar circumstances to our own.

In 2021, we were able to climb Pen-y-Ghent with Holly. Every year afterwards, we have repeated the climb to remember her.
