Elliott's fundraiser for Flint House Police Rehabilitation

Elliott Button is raising money for Flint House Police Rehabilitation

10YFAN 2026 · 9 May 2026 ·

Flint House is a charity funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that we help and heal over 3,000 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation and mental health support.

Story

Some of you reading this may be aware that every year I undertake a physical challenge to push my physical and mental limits, and more importantly, raise money for charity. This year I have decided to fundraise for Flint House - a charity established over 130 years ago to help current and former police officers with physical and mental rehabilitation.

Flint House has welcomed me onto their Mental Health programme on 2 occasions so far during my career, and I have found each experience immensely helpful in coping with the stresses of the job and making me happier with myself so that I can continue to help others. This charity also provides officers with an opportunity to meet new people from across the country who are on their own journey to recovery.

I previously attempted 10YFAN a few years ago but only managed 7 trips, so it was only a matter of time until I took up the challenge again with the goal of completing it! Thank you so much for everyone who takes the time to support me and to those who kindly donate to this cause.
