I’m really excited because on January 24th, 2026, I’m going to Amsterdam to do my first ever Hyrox Junior competition! I’ve been inspired by my Uncle Stu, who always works super hard, and my PE teacher, Mrs Footman, who is awesome at Hyrox and always encourages me to try my best.

I haven’t got lots of time to train but I’ll do everything I can to do my best and I’m really looking forward to the challenge. I know it’s going to be tough, but I want to enjoy it and push myself as much as I can.

I’m also doing this to raise money for Home-Start Arun, Worthing & Adur. They help families who really need support, and after learning about what they do, I wanted to try and help too. My goal is to raise £1000 for their Christmas Appeal.

Your support would mean so much and would definitely help keep me going during the hard bits (especially the sled pushes!). Thank you for helping me make a difference! 🙌
