5 years ago my Nan passed away with dementia, every year since I have hosted a charity go kart race in memory of her to raise money for Race Against Dementia to try and help find a cure for dementia.

This will be my 4th event and over the past 3 events I have raised £26,250 for race against dementia, so I have set a goal to raise £40,000 by the end of this year.

This year I'm not only hosting 1 event. I am hosting 2 separate events, one for 14+ which is a 3 hour endurance race at Buckmore Park on the 21st August, then one for 8-14 which will be at Brentwood Karting which will be a 1 hour race on the 14th August.
