Story

As a self-employed sports therapist and personal trainer, I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve their physical potential. Every day, I witness the incredible strength and resilience of individuals facing challenges that many of us cannot even imagine. This is why I am proud to support "Cerebral Palsy Sport" as I prepare for the Thames Path Ultra Challenge on September 12, 2026.

Cerebral Palsy affects so many lives, and it is crucial that we advocate for those who may not have a voice. The work this charity does is vital in providing opportunities for individuals with cerebral palsy to engage in sports and physical activities, fostering not only their physical health but also their confidence and sense of community. Together, we can make a difference in their lives.

I am setting a fundraising target of £1,000 to support this important cause. Your contribution will help ensure that more individuals with cerebral palsy can access the resources they need to thrive. Join me on this journey; together, we can empower those who face challenges every day and inspire them to reach new heights.
