Story
In December 2018, 3 year-old Gaspard Ronsseray was diagnosed with stage 3 rhabdomyosarcoma pelvic cancer. Following heavy treatment, Gaspard is now a fine young boy who celebrated his 5-year cancer free milestone in June and has just moved into secondary school.
At Larmenier & Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, where he and his sisters have all been pupils, we followed Gaspard's journey very closely.
The Ronsseray family were very well supported on that journey by Alice’s Arc, a registered Charity raising funds and awareness for rhabdomyosarcoma cancer. They have been working tirelessly over the last few years to give back through a number of initiatives.
This year, I am delighted to join them on the London Royal Park Half marathon on 12 October 2025 to raise money for Alice's Arc. This is also my first Half Marathon, so a good opportunity to challenge myself alongside the Larmenier community which is so dear to my heart, having served on the governing board of the school for the last 10 years.
I am very grateful for any contribution towards my fundraising target!
