In April 2026, I will be taking on the challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause.

The London Ambulance Service Charity supports the wellbeing, development, and lifesaving work of London Ambulance Service staff and volunteers by funding mental health support, specialist training, equipment, and community projects that go beyond what the NHS can provide. As a paramedic myself, this charity is especially important to me because it looks after the people on the frontline - my colleagues and friends - who face huge physical and emotional pressures every day. It gives back to those of us who spend our careers giving help to others.
