I am part of the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre which supports many people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

MS is a condition affecting the nerves system, it can cause muscle weakness, muscle spasms, difficulty walking, vision problems, pain and fatigue as well as many other unforeseen situations.

MS is unpredictable.

There isn't currently a cure for MS, but with the right support symptoms can be managed. At different stages of my MS condition made me face symptoms mentioned above.

The Centre offers support through physiotherapy, oxygen therapy, counselling and footcare as well as other important treatments.

They keep all these treatments free of charge so that any person with MS can get the help that they need, regardless of their financial situation.

They need over £650,000 each year to keep their doors open, which is why I am running this year a 10km at Wargrave to support them.
