On the 10th of Dec I’m running a 5k race dressed as Santa to help raise money for St Raphael’s Hospice. This is a charity that is very close to home and I’d like to support them in whatever way I can.

It’s definitely the most wonderful time of the year. Can you feel it in the air? Christmas lights are up, spirits (both internal and alcoholic) are high. I know bank accounts are low given Black Friday specials but whatever you can spare for a donation I’d really appreciate it so they can carry on helping those in need over this holiday period and beyond.
