Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year will be my 20th year of running, which means I'll have been running for half my life! It's also my 15th year of parkrunning. So to commemorate/commiserate this, I've come up with 20 running-related challenges to do through 2025.

The challenges are:

1. Run at least 100 km over at least 20 days in January.

2. Complete parkrun 250 runs /100 volunteer/75 run locations challenge.

3. Add 2 countries to my parkrun map.

4. Run 20 new parkruns 1 for each year of running.

5. Run at least 2km every day in May.

6. Volunteer 40 times (parkruns and other running events).

7. Do the 40ish mile wychavon way.

8. Raise £415 for Mind.

9. Run 2 new to me races.

10. Put the numbers 1-20 into a hat and pick a number on 20 days throughout August and run that many km.

11. Run a 400 second mile (or as close as I can to it!).

12. Run 2 ultra marathons (official or otherwise).

13. Run 2 trail races.

14. Do a triathlon or duathalon.

15. Complete a parkrun at all west midlands parkruns.

16. Get my parkrun tourist streak to 20 within 2025.

17. Do a wild swim after a parkrun.

18. Do 4 half marathons over 4 days.

19. Run at bushy parkrun.

20. Lead 15 run sessions as a run leader.
