After losing our Dad in 2017 to suicide we, along with our family, experienced the complex and painful journey of trying to come to terms with what had happened as well as finding a way to move forward.

When we discovered Suicide&Co it was one of the only charities we had come across that specialised in support of the people who are left behind. This charity opens up conversations around the complexity of suicide-related grief and supporting those affected by it. We know first-hand how valuable it would have been for us to have had the specialised support Suicide&Co provides after our dad passed away, which is why we feel so lucky to be raising money for this amazing charity.

The charity provides 12 sessions of one-to-one bereavement counselling to those who've lost a loved one to suicide. Every donation of £30 will help provide a counselling session.

We are taking on the huge challenge of running the London Marathon to raise as much money as possible for this charity. This is to provide much needed free counselling so that we can help those who are struggling with their own grief journey.
