I'm running the 2025 Paris Marathon in honour of my late Grandma, raising funds for Alzheimer's Research UK.

My grandma was a central figure in my life—a loving woman who cared deeply for all nine of her grandchildren. But Dementia slowly took her from us, transforming her from the confident, intelligent, and compassionate person we knew into someone lost, angry, and distressed.

Since my Grandma loved France and visited often, Paris felt like the perfect choice for my first marathon.
