On the 20th October 2024, I will be participating in the Ironman 70.3 Poreč to raise money for The Nest Farms.

The Nest Farms is a charity that provides vital support to young people struggling with their mental health, offering a nurturing environment in nature.

During my visit, I witnessed the dedication that's poured into creating a welcoming and safe space at The Nest, complete with animals, a market garden, cooking facilities, and therapy sessions.

It's incredible to have the opportunity to support The Nest because battling mental health challenges can be isolating and daunting. The charity's efforts in creating a safe haven for individuals resonate deeply with me due to my own history of struggling with mental health. Charities like The Nest play a crucial role in meeting the escalating demand for mental health assistance.
