On Sunday 6th April I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Refugee Action.

Refugee Action exists to support refugees and people seeking asylum as they rebuild their lives in the UK. Their vision is that refugees and people seeking asylum will be welcome in Britain.

I wouldn't be here were it not for the fact this country was a lot more welcoming to refugees in the past. Refugees deserve dignity and we should be a place of welcome and safety. Plus, the handful of young asylum seekers I've worked with are AWESOME. So, if you can, please consider supporting me as I hobble on a damaged ankle along the Thames for this great cause!
