Story

On 18th June we are taking part in IRONMAN Austria. To help motivate us to swim (3.8 km), bike (180.2 km), and run (42.2 km), we are raising money for Recovery Across Mental Health (RAMH) which is a charity based in Paisley, Scotland. RAMH promotes recovery from mental ill health and empowers people to build independent, self-fulfilled lives. They offer a range of free, confidential services which provide crisis support, individual care, one-to-one counselling, and employment support. They directly reach over 5,000 people referred to services living at home and indirectly reach 20,000 people in the Renfrewshire area, which is one of the most deprived regions in Scotland.
