On Sunday 20th September, I am running for a cause that means a great deal to me - raising vital funds for Include.org, the wonderful charity where I am proud to work as the Music and Makaton Manager, as well as Choir Director… and a few other things…

This is my first ever mass public run, and shortly after crossing the finish line, I’m jumping straight into directing our choir performance!

Working for Include.org has been a huge part of my life in the few short years I've been there, and I hope to be able to raise a little money to say a big thank you to the amazing people I see every week on a Wednesday who keep me so inspired and full of joy in the work I do.

Everyone deserves to be heard and understood. Include.org supports over 400 people with learning disabilities, autism, and communication needs through Speech and Language Therapy-based activities and training, such as our inclusive Makaton signing Choirs. Our projects build confidence, friendships, and inclusion in the community. Every donation will help us continue our life-changing work and support even more people to find their voice.
