I’m running the Manchester Marathon on 27th April. I wanted to raise some money for a local charity who gave help and support to my family whilst we were caring for my grandma who suffered with vascular dementia.

They offer support within the community for unpaid carers.

I experienced firsthand the effect caring for a family member has on a family and I know the help and support offered by Carers Link was greatly appreciated.

From starting couch to 5k almost 4 years ago, running a marathon was never something I imagined my self doing! I’d really appreciate any donations - thank you!☺️
