I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon with my mum and raising money for prostrate cancer in memory of my grandpa. This will be a big challenge personally as I have had two knee surgeries in under a year after rupturing my ACL. This has been an ambitious target of mine and I’m determined to complete the race even though I have only been given the go ahead to run further than 5K in August!
