A-ND is a charitable organisation based in Aberdeen which provides support across the Grampian area. Our aims are to ensure the provision of the best possible education, care, support and opportunities for people of all ages with autistic spectrum conditions (ASCs) by supporting families, improving understanding and developing best practice among carers and professionals.

I’m pleased to share that I’m participating in Run Garioch, a 5K run to raise funds for AN-D. As a really slow ‘non-runner’ this is a decent challenge for me!

The event will take place on 11th May 2025, and your help with a small donation will make a difference and is much appreciated!
