Myself and Em are taking on the South Coast Ultra Marathon in support of CPSL Mind (Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire)

We will be attempting to run/walk the 100km South Coast course within 24 hours!

CPSL Mind are a local charity supporting positive mental health for local residents of Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire. Through your donations we were able to provide direct mental health support to more than 4,800 local people last year alone!
