This year I will be joining Team WLTSC in the Wolverhampton to Aberdovey bike ride in aid of Compton Care - a cause close to my heart!

This 104 mile ride is not an easy challenge, and as in true Emily style training consistency hasn’t been on point. But not one to back out, I will give it a go and see how far I get!

Having worked at Compton Care now for over 4 years I see first hand the support offered to patients. Mom was supported at home by Compton before she died and I will be forever grateful of the care that she had by the community team.

It costs over £16m to deliver Compton's Services each year, the majority of which is raised by the generosity of the local community.

So if you can spare £1 or £5 we would greatly appreciate it.
